NVIDIA announced that its model-based S-Litho benchmark test shows semiconductor simulation speeds can be increased by up to 40 times. Infineon utilized Synopsys software and NVIDIA's CUDA library to simulate next-generation power devices, achieving a 12-fold increase in three-dimensional breakdown simulation speed. Additionally, NVIDIA officially released the cuDSS library under the CUDA-X umbrella, designed to accelerate complex simulation calculations such as structural stress, fluid flow, electromagnetic fields, and semiconductor device behavior.
