On October 16, Changxin Technology revealed its financial forecast, anticipating an impressive operating revenue ranging from RMB 265 billion to RMB 270 billion for the initial three quarters of 2026. This projection signifies a substantial year-on-year surge, with an increase of RMB 232.916 billion to RMB 237.916 billion. More notably, the company expects its net profit to soar to between RMB 131 billion and RMB 132.5 billion, a stark contrast to the same period last year when it incurred a loss of RMB 5.28 billion. Changxin Technology attributed this remarkable performance growth to several key factors. Chief among them is the escalating demand for AI computing power, coupled with a favorable shift in market conditions within the DRAM industry. These dynamics have led to supply shortages and considerable price hikes for its products. Simultaneously, the company is proactively pursuing capacity expansion, product innovation, and process technology enhancements. It is also fine-tuning its operational management and broadening its market footprint to capitalize on these opportunities.
