Xiaomi has recently introduced a new generation of its self-developed Xuanjie series chips, featuring three distinct products tailored to different applications. Among these, the Xuanjie O3 stands out as an AI flagship SoC, fabricated using a cutting-edge 3-nanometer process and boasting an AnTuTu benchmark score surpassing 5 million. This chip will make its debut in the Xiaomi 18 Fold smartphone, set for release in September. The Xuanjie O100 is a high-bandwidth AI acceleration chip, offering an impressive bandwidth of 1.22TB/s. Meanwhile, the Xuanjie D100 represents China’s first 3-nanometer high-performance AI chip, specifically engineered for intelligent driving scenarios. The concurrent unveiling of these three chips marks a significant leap forward for Xiaomi in its pursuit of self-developed core technologies. The company is constructing a robust AI computing power foundation throughout its ecosystem, refining its technological framework, and offering a fresh model for breakthroughs within China’s chip industry. Xiaomi remains steadfast in its commitment to technological innovation, with plans to allocate 200 billion yuan to R&D over the next five years, underscoring its ambition to emerge as a global leader in technological innovation.
