Amid escalating export controls on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, China's two major memory chip manufacturers, ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) and Yangtze Memory Technologies Co (YMTC), have undertaken large-scale strategic stockpiling over the past several quarters. According to the latest industry research report, these two chip giants have procured and stockpiled sufficient ASML DUV lithography machines and critical components in advance, with reserves adequate to support their expansion plans and daily wafer fabrication needs for the next three years.
