This innovative process operates in harmony through a sophisticated three-layer structure, boosting the reflectivity of silver mirrors to exceed 97% and enhancing light extraction efficiency by over 10%. Consequently, this advancement paves the way for the technological overhaul project aimed at annually producing 6 million silver mirror flip chips. As of the first half of 2026, the revenue generated from silver mirror products has witnessed a remarkable year-on-year surge of 101.69%, with product prices standing at roughly 1.5 times those of conventional chips.
