On September 7, it was reported that executives from MetaX Inc. revealed at the 2026 mid-year performance briefing that the Xiyun C600 has entered mass production in May 2026 and has passed national safety and reliability evaluations, with guaranteed production capacity. The Xiyun C700 series is the next-generation general-purpose GPU chip, developed based on domestic advanced processes, offering higher performance. The series was initiated in April 2025 and is currently in the design and development phase. Core design and functional verification have been largely completed, with performance optimization underway. The company will follow the established procedures to advance design, verification, tape-out, software adaptation, customer testing, and mass production introduction.
