On September 3, news emerged indicating a remarkable expansion in the industrial scale of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park. Since its inception in 2018, the park's industrial scale has soared from RMB 40 billion to an impressive RMB 137.1 billion by the close of the previous year. At present, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech is spearheading the development of the park's upgraded 2.0 iteration, while simultaneously establishing a comprehensive service framework that integrates 'investment, talent attraction, incubation, service provision, and research.' Throughout the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, Pudong is set to concentrate on a 'design-centric, full-chain deployment' strategy, aiming to forge a new epicenter for the integrated circuit sector.
