According to insights gathered from numerous channel partners and sources within the upstream supply chain, MSI has joined ASUS and Gigabyte in declaring a hike in the shipping prices across its entire lineup of graphics cards. Certain models have witnessed price surges of more than 20%. The main driver behind MSI's price revision is the scarcity and relentless escalation in DRAM costs, which has worsened industry circumstances and shifted the burden of upstream cost pressures onto the brand, leaving no margin for internal absorption.
