According to a research report by CSC, the global semiconductor equipment market is experiencing sustained growth, with overseas equipment and components not only seeing a surge in both sales volume and prices but also facing significantly extended lead times. During China’s 14th Five-Year Plan period, the capabilities of domestic equipment and component manufacturers have markedly improved, positioning them well for international expansion. At the same time, amid external sanctions and global supply shortages, domestic downstream clients are encountering greater challenges in procuring overseas equipment and components. Consequently, it is expected that the pace of import substitution within the domestic market will pick up speed.
