On August 4, Counterpoint Research's Global Memory Tracker report for the second quarter of 2026 showed that Samsung Electronics reclaimed the top spot in the global DRAM market with a 39% market share, followed by SK Hynix and Micron with 26% and 25% market shares, respectively. ChangXin Memory Technologies emerged as the fastest-growing DRAM vendor globally, with revenue surging by 716% year-on-year and a market share of 7%.
