According to industry insiders, the three prominent storage manufacturers—Samsung Electronics, Micron, and SK Hynix—have already finalized the allocation of their DRAM and HBM production capacities for the entire year of 2027, with all available capacity now fully booked. Concurrently, the annual production capacity for NAND Flash from Samsung Electronics, Micron, and SanDisk has also been completely pre-sold. It is anticipated that Kioxia and SK Hynix will wrap up the allocation of their NAND Flash production capacities no later than the end of August 2026.
