On July 30, Jiangsu Leading Microelectronics proudly announced the completion of assembly and integrated testing for its inaugural self-developed Star600-EOSS 12-inch high-end precision optical magnetron sputtering mass production system at its Xuzhou High-Tech Zone production facility. Following rigorous automation and process validation, the equipment was formally handed over to a premier domestic wafer manufacturer. This achievement signifies a notable advancement for the company in the realm of high-end wafer-level optical coating technology, marking a pivotal moment in its journey from research and development, through manufacturing, to industrial deployment.
