On July 19, Dasheng Xincai, a subsidiary under the umbrella of Binhua Group, made a significant announcement regarding its accomplishment in achieving large-scale mass production of 6N-grade (99.9999% purity) high-purity hydrogen fluoride. This breakthrough effectively bridges the capacity gap for high-purity hydrogen fluoride in Shandong Province. This product stands as a pivotal material in the fabrication of chips utilizing advanced processes of 28nm and below. Historically, its procurement has heavily depended on imports, with foreign enterprises commanding roughly 80% of the global market share. Binhua Group has made remarkable technological strides across four key domains: process optimization, engineering design, testing protocols, and filling techniques. The group has successfully tackled core technologies, including multi-stage distillation coupling and the selection of materials for low-precipitation equipment. The levels of key metal ion impurities in the product are maintained below 1 ppb, aligning with international top-tier standards. At present, the company has finalized the construction and commissioning of a high-purity hydrogen fluoride cylinder filling line with an annual capacity of 50 tons. It has also secured a gas cylinder filling permit and has embarked on promoting the product to major domestic and international clientele.
