Huaqin Technology has made an announcement stating that on July 17, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huaqin Communications, successfully acquired 6.2598 million H shares of Nexchip via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. These shares constitute roughly 0.28% of Nexchip's total issued share capital as of the announcement date. The total consideration for this acquisition amounted to approximately HK$189 million (transaction costs not included), with an average price per share of about HK$30.21. Following the completion of this acquisition, the Group's ownership stake in Nexchip's total issued share capital has increased to approximately 10.48%.
