At Computex 2026, Intel unveiled its third-generation Core Ultra processors and Xeon 6+ processors. Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan delivered a keynote speech, reviewing Intel's innovative journey spanning over five decades and emphasizing the significant contributions of the x86 architecture to the global computing landscape. The third-generation Core Ultra processors, based on the Intel 18A process, integrate CPU, GPU, and NPU, setting a new benchmark for high-end mobile processors and already applied in over 325 design scenarios. The Xeon 6+ processors, as data center CPUs, feature 288 efficiency cores, delivering high computational density and energy efficiency to meet the demands of AI inference and mission-critical workloads.
