In a recent interview, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that NVIDIA’s market share in China’s AI accelerator market has fallen to zero, a remark that has ignited intense debate across the global technology sector. Huang acknowledged that for a tech giant, abandoning China—a vast and mature market—would be strategically unwise. However, NVIDIA’s financial report for fiscal year 2026 reveals that revenue from China amounted to $19.677 billion, representing 9% of its global total and ranking third, behind only the United States and Taiwan, China. This suggests that, despite Huang’s claim, NVIDIA continues to derive substantial revenue from the Chinese market.
