Shanghai Biren Technology Co., Ltd. has made an announcement through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stating its plan to globally issue 285 million H-shares. The final price for each share has been set at HK$19.60. After deducting relevant expenses, the net proceeds from this share offering are estimated to reach approximately HK$5.375 billion.
