Furthermore, insiders from chip manufacturing firms have disclosed that VIS (Vanguard International Semiconductor) has similarly announced a 10% price escalation for its BCD platform. Based on expert analysis, the primary driving force behind this price surge within the industry is the soaring demand for power chips in products like AI servers. This demand has significantly consumed a large portion of the BCD production capacity. At present, it remains uncertain whether other wafer foundries will also raise their prices in response.
