At the opening ceremony of the 22nd China International Semiconductor Expo, Zhang Li, who serves as the Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, pointed out that propelled by markets like artificial intelligence, the semiconductor industry is currently undergoing a fresh round of transformation. This transformation brings with it more stringent demands for chips. The Chinese semiconductor industry must forge an innovative ecosystem, capitalize on transformational opportunities, and widen the scope for win-win collaborations.

He emphasized that China boasts a vast market capable of offering application scenarios and an innovative environment for semiconductor companies worldwide. Throughout the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, China's semiconductor industry has witnessed steady growth. In 2024, industry-wide sales are projected to surpass 1.8 trillion yuan, marking a series of encouraging advancements.
