Unisplendour Corporation: Unisplendour International Set to Purchase 1.8% Stake in New H3C for $128 Million

In a public announcement, Unisplendour Corporation revealed that its fully-owned subsidiary, Unisplendour International, alongside a group of investors, has independently entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with HPE Cayman. As per the agreement, Unisplendour International intends to buy 174,500 shares of New H3C for a total of $128 million, which equates to roughly 1.8% of New H3C's entire share capital. Each share will be purchased at a price of $735.99, a rate consistent across all investors involved in the acquisition. Once the deal is finalized, Unisplendour International's ownership share in New H3C will rise from 81% to 82.8%.
