On November 10, the metamaterial research group from the University of Science and Technology of China unveiled a groundbreaking electrothermal lattice metamaterial. This marks the first instance where a unified structural framework has been employed to realize both cooperative and independent programmable control over electric and thermal fields. In doing so, the team has successfully surmounted a significant hurdle in the realm of multiphysics-field coupled regulation. The pertinent research results have been featured in the esteemed international journal Advanced Materials.
