AMD has officially introduced its Ryzen 5 7500X3D processor, which leverages the cutting-edge Zen 4 architecture. This 6-core, 12-thread CPU is designed to expand AMD’s X3D product range, specifically catering to the needs of budget-conscious gamers. By incorporating 3D V-Cache technology, the processor offers a substantial L3 cache configuration of 32MB + 64MB. It operates at a base clock speed of 4.0GHz and can reach a maximum boost frequency of 4.5GHz, all while maintaining a modest thermal design power (TDP) of just 65W. Additionally, the processor integrates graphics cores built on the RDNA 2 architecture, featuring two GPU cores that can clock up to an impressive 2200MHz.
