On November 7, numerous media outlets reported that Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, disclosed at Thursday's shareholder meeting that Tesla may have to construct a factory capable of producing up to one million artificial intelligence chips per month. Moreover, he openly mentioned that he's contemplating partnering with Intel. Presently, Tesla has established cooperative ties with TSMC and Samsung. However, Musk didn't completely dismiss the prospect of joining forces with Intel. He informed shareholders that while no formal agreement has been inked yet, a potential collaboration with Intel is certainly a topic worth exploring. Tesla is currently in the process of developing its fifth - generation artificial intelligence chip, which is aimed at propelling the progress of its autonomous driving technology.
