Fueled by robust demand for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) and deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography systems, ASML projects that its revenue will climb to a range of €44 billion to €60 billion by 2030. Taking the median figure of €52 billion as a basis, the company's annual sales growth rate is poised to hit approximately 10% from 2025 to 2030. Moreover, starting from 2025 or 2026, there is an anticipated surge in orders for new-generation EUV equipment designed for 1.4-nanometer, 1.0-nanometer, and sub-1.0-nanometer chips. The selling prices of these advanced machines could be 50% to 100% higher compared to those of traditional EUV equipment.
