The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has issued a ruling stating that Qualcomm's central processing units (CPUs) are properly licensed in accordance with its agreement with Arm Holdings. This decision effectively dismisses the remaining allegations put forth by Arm, which claimed that Nuvia—a startup company acquired by Qualcomm in 2021—had breached the terms of the license agreement.
