On September 30, 2025, Feng Assistant disclosed its 2025 annual plan for issuing shares to specific investors. The issuance targets include no more than 35 specific investors, including the controlling shareholder and actual controller Luo Hongpeng. The total planned fundraising amount does not exceed 984 million yuan.
