During a recent exclusive sit-down, Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, disclosed that NVIDIA has forged a supply chain edge that competitors will find extremely challenging to duplicate. This edge is rooted not merely in technological supremacy but also in NVIDIA's profound mastery over the entire supply chain ecosystem. Huang remarked that, with the ever-quickening annual rollout of new chips, the need for wafers and memory has skyrocketed, reaching into the hundreds of billions of dollars. He underscored that NVIDIA has meticulously fine-tuned its entire supply chain, spanning wafer manufacturing, CoWoS (Chip-on-Wafer-on-Substrate) packaging, to HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) memory, and is poised to double its production capacity at a moment's notice.
