On September 25, TSMC issued an announcement on behalf of its subsidiary TSMC Arizona Corporation, declaring changes in its CEO and board directors. The former CEO, Wang Ying-Lang, has stepped down, and Chuang Ruei-Ping, the Deputy General Manager of TSMC, will take over the position. TSMC stated that Wang Ying-Lang has successfully completed his phase mission in the United States and will assume the role of Operations Director starting from October 1 after returning to Taiwan.
