The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) have jointly unveiled the "Stabilizing Growth Action Plan for the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry 2025-2026." This plan seeks to enhance the layout of the electronic information industry by fostering internationally renowned industrial hubs and specialized clusters, propelling manufacturing clusters towards global excellence. It underscores the necessity of executing industrial relocation policies, bolstering domestic industrial cooperation, and tackling the prevalent issue of low-price competition, particularly within the photovoltaic sector. Additionally, the plan encourages local governments to foster the photovoltaic and lithium battery industries in a structured manner, emphasizing product quality control and technological advancement. Furthermore, it accelerates the development of a recommended safety catalog for energy storage battery products, strengthens industry self-regulation, monitoring, and early warning systems, and facilitates orderly adjustments to industrial scale.
