Additionally, the Baidu search box has undergone a transformation, evolving into the "Baidu Smart Box." This innovative tool supports multimodal input and seamlessly integrates various AI functionalities, enhancing user experience. Notably, from January to July 2025, Baidu conducted extensive testing on multiple homepage versions, focusing on refining features like agents and deep search to deliver optimal performance.
