While GLM-4.5 has garnered positive feedback from users, challenges such as slowed performance, task disruptions, and deployment failures have emerged on platforms including Zhipu Qingyan, z.ai, and BigModel. Additionally, the 50-yuan monthly subscription package has been impacted due to inadequate concurrent support. To address these concerns, the team has proposed two interim measures: for users with limited coupons, service restoration and a one-week extension will be offered once stability is restored; furthermore, users of Zhipu Qingyan and z.ai are encouraged to prioritize the use of the GLM-4.5-Air model, which boasts capabilities like web page and PPT generation.
