On July 18, Tao Qing, spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and Director of the Operation Monitoring and Coordination Bureau, announced that the MIIT will shortly unveil work plans aimed at fostering stable growth in the machinery, automobile, and power equipment industries. These plans are intended to bolster high-quality supply capabilities and refine the developmental environment for these key sectors. Additionally, an implementation blueprint for the digital transformation of the automobile industry will be released, with similar digital transformation initiatives set to follow for the machinery and power equipment industries.
