The warning was prompted by the company's failure to accurately present the true progress and planning rationale behind its AI short drama and intelligent computing center businesses during media interviews and when responding to inquiries on the SSE e-Interaction platform. Additionally, the company neglected to adequately disclose associated risks. It was only after being prompted by regulatory authorities that the company released a clarifying announcement. This sequence of events has led to the disclosure of inaccurate and incomplete information, which carries the potential to mislead investors. Consequently, the company has been directed to submit a rectification report within one month.
