International enterprise IT management solution provider ManageEngine Zoho has announced the launch of over 30 Zia intelligent agents powered by its self-developed Zia large language model for the Chinese market, with plans to expand to over 100 by the end of 2026. These agents require no additional token costs and are directly integrated into customers' purchased products, enabling reuse of existing business contexts without the need for additional tool procurement or complex configurations. The series of agents will officially debut at the Zoho User Conference in Shenzhen on October 28. This marks a significant localization initiative for the Chinese market following Zoho's global launch of agents in May this year. Leveraging its self-developed large language model and local data centers in Beijing and Shanghai, Zoho can assist Chinese enterprises in achieving intelligent IT operations and maintenance upgrades while ensuring data privacy and security. Its products are fully compatible with the IT infrastructure needs of domestic enterprises, support mainstream large language models, and enable enterprises to implement AI-driven IT management within their existing technology stacks. Zoho has already served over 5,000 enterprises in China and plans to invest RMB 425 million over the next five years in areas such as data centers and AI R&D. A Zoho spokesperson stated that thanks to three core advantages—years of engineering accumulation, self-developed AI models, and self-owned operational infrastructure—these agents achieve zero token costs. They also come with a low-code/no-code agent builder and open APIs to support integration with third-party tools. The over 30 agents launched this time cover five core IT solution areas, enabling end-to-end complete workflows. They reduce average fault resolution time by 40%-60%, autonomously handle nearly half of frontline service desk tickets, compress hours-long troubleshooting tasks into minutes, and provide robust security in areas such as security audits and permission design. Related implementation cases have verified their ability to help enterprises achieve operational efficiency improvements. Zoho strictly adheres to China's cybersecurity classification protection system requirements. Agent operational data is fully retained in local dual-active data centers, and customer data is not used for model training, ensuring full data privacy and security.
