On October 21st, it was reported that Ken Griffin, CEO of Castle Securities, stated that investors can be almost certain they are experiencing an AI bubble. On Tuesday local time, he mentioned that any technology capable of fundamentally transforming the economy usually comes with a bubble. Using the market environment before the burst of the internet bubble and some unrealistic business models as examples, he lamented, 'I really wish I hadn't sold my Amazon stocks back then.' Earlier this year, during his speech in Davos, Griffin referred to AI as 'rubbish'; in May, during his speech at Stanford Graduate School of Business, he expressed frustration about everything AI could achieve.
