A fresh clash has erupted between the world's wealthiest individual, Musk, and Amazon's founder, Bezos. Based on user reports, Amazon is obstructing Grok Bots—personal AI agents developed by xAI—from placing orders. Grok Bot is capable of executing tasks assigned by users across a range of applications, such as ordering products and processing returns on e-commerce platforms. Nevertheless, Amazon has consistently shown resistance towards such third-party agents, as evidenced by its prior refusal to allow Meta's Muse to access its services.
