ModelBest and OpenBMB have jointly open-sourced MiniCPM-V 4.7, a multimodal model for edge devices, which comes in two versions: 35B-A3B and 1B. Among them, the 35B-A3B is the world's first open-source MoE multimodal large model capable of running smoothly on edge devices without any loss. It outperforms models in the same class in 34 authoritative benchmark tests, requiring only about 3GB of memory to run and achieving a generation speed of over 17 tokens per second on an iPad Pro M4 16GB. Additionally, the model has completed Day-0 adaptation for multiple chips, with weights, inference, and fine-tuning codes fully open-sourced.
