The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released the "Startup Support Initiative for AI-Enabled Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (2026-2028)", with the objective of enhancing the availability of inclusive computing power resources. Utilizing China's computing power platform, this initiative will drive the integration and flexible distribution of computing resources, offering startups cost-effective and efficient computing solutions. Concurrently, special initiatives will be rolled out to empower SMEs with inclusive computing power, including the construction of edge computing facilities as required, boosting the integration capabilities of computing networks, and reinforcing the provision of intelligent computing power. Furthermore, the functionalities of relevant platform sections will be refined to streamline the efficient alignment of computing resources with the requirements of startups.
