On July 29, the Tencent Hunyuan team made an official announcement regarding the open-sourcing of the AngelSpec speculative decoding framework. This framework comprehensively covers the entire journey, starting from the training of drafters and architectural design, all the way to online deployment. In a parallel move, the MTP and DFly drafter weights, along with the training code for the Hy3-A21B model, have also been released as open-source resources. This initiative aims to equip AI developers and the research community with robust tools to expedite speculative decoding inference processes.
