Zhipu made an official announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, revealing that the Hong Kong Companies Registry has officially approved the transition of its English corporate name from Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited to Z.AI Co., Ltd. Notably, the Chinese name, 'Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd.', will remain intact. Additionally, the English abbreviation for the company's H shares will undergo a transformation, shifting from 'KNOWLEDGE ATLAS' to 'Z.AI'. This change will take effect starting at 9:00 a.m. on July 17, 2026. However, the Chinese abbreviation, 'Zhipu', along with the stock code '2513', will continue to be used without any alterations.
