On July 9, 2026, Anthropic launched the beta version of the Reflect feature for its AI assistant, Claude, available to Free, Pro, and Max users who have enabled the memory function. Located in the web and desktop settings, this feature allows users to review chat records from the past 1 to 12 months and generates a usage summary covering topics, patterns, task types, and time distribution. Reflect evaluates user collaboration behavior based on four dimensions: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence, and provides suggestions for improvement. Additionally, the feature supports setting silent periods and rest reminders, and does not access incognito chats or conversations with health integration tools, nor does it extract underlying files from external tools.
