On June 13, Shinyway Education, in collaboration with 36Kr Research Institute, presented the 'White Paper on Overseas Study and Career Development in the AI Age'. The survey findings reveal that 67.91% of employers feel that overseas returnees often fall short in terms of collaboration skills, while 59.70% express concerns about their ability to handle stress, which remains untested. This white paper introduces, for the first time, the 'CORE' model for future competencies, designed to bridge the gap between corporate recruitment criteria and overseas study planning. Additionally, Shinyway Education has introduced the '2H Delivery Ecosystem,' which harnesses cutting-edge technology for precise matching and provides empathetic support through a human-centric approach. This ecosystem covers a wide range of services, including overseas study planning, application assistance, support during overseas life, and guidance for the initial three years post-return, thereby offering a comprehensive extension to the overseas study and career development service chain.
