Google's parent company, Alphabet, announced that its Gemini app had surpassed 900 million average monthly active users in May, more than doubling from 400 million in the same period in 2025, making it one of Alphabet's fastest-growing products. The app supports 13 Alphabet products with over 1 billion monthly active users, including 5 apps with over 3 billion monthly active users. Alphabet reiterated that its full-year capital expenditure is expected to be between $180 billion and $190 billion, compared to market estimates of $186.6 billion. Additionally, Alphabet revealed that the new-generation model, Gemini 3.5 Pro, will be launched in June this year.
