AI advertising platform Liftoff Mobile, backed by Blackstone, announced on Wednesday that its IPO was priced at $23 per share, successfully raising $437 million. The stock, trading under the ticker symbol "LFTO," is expected to commence trading on June 4 and complete its issuance on June 5.
