The updated app introduces a new 'Q&A' section, equipped with an embedded AI chatbot designed to provide answers to business-related inquiries. Moreover, Apple will leverage AI technology in the creation of sales training videos, enabling the generation of personalized video content that caters to the unique requirements of each user. These videos, presented by AI virtual hosts, will be distinctly labeled, and all content will undergo meticulous planning, scripting, and review by Apple’s official team. By incorporating AI, sales staff in physical retail stores will gain access to a wider array of up-to-date and specifically tailored training video materials.
