The specific strategies encompass: reinforcing the developmental bedrock by bolstering fundamental technological research, refining toolchains and standardization frameworks, and taking a proactive stance in exploring cutting-edge domains; amplifying application-centric efforts by outlining 19 exemplary application scenarios and delving into implementation methodologies; constructing an innovative ecosystem by fostering open-source innovation, establishing collaborative platforms, creating channels for application promotion, facilitating scenario openness, and actively nurturing a global ecosystem.
