Thomas Kurian, the leader of Google Cloud, disclosed that Google, in its capacity as Apple's 'preferred cloud service provider,' is working hand-in-hand to craft next-generation Apple Foundation Models. These models are designed to bolster Apple Intelligence capabilities, encompassing the revamped Siri. The new Siri is anticipated to be seamlessly integrated into systems like iOS 27 and will boast functionalities such as multimodal interaction and the ability to carry out intricate, multi-step instructions.
