Specifically, during the launch phase of the new model, KimiK2.6, an overwhelming surge in user enthusiasm resulted in a significant spike in traffic. Consequently, certain users found themselves having to wait in a membership queue or facing temporary disruptions in service functionality. Furthermore, a discrepancy arose in the backend system's computation of Agent quotas, inadvertently causing some users to experience an erroneous reduction in their benefits. To swiftly restore a seamless user experience, Yuezhi'anmian Kimi has taken decisive action by reinstating all users' monthly quotas to their full capacity and resetting the utilized amounts to zero, effective from 20:30 on April 22.
