He outlined specific strategies, including: refining cybersecurity protocols, intensifying cyberspace governance efforts, and safeguarding critical information infrastructure. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of implementing classified and hierarchical data protection measures, as well as regulating cross-border data transfers. Zheng also advocated for the promotion of a safe and healthy low-altitude economy, tailored to local conditions, and the reinforcement of unmanned aerial vehicle control. Additionally, he called for the enhancement of the biological security risk prevention and control framework, coupled with stringent safety management in biological technology research and application.
