On February 14, ByteDance will officially launch Doubao Large Model 2.0. Since the beginning of this year, China has witnessed a concentrated release of new products in the field of artificial intelligence large models, with accelerated technological iteration driving the development of large models towards large-scale and inclusive applications. The intensive rollout of large models benefits from the impetus of market demand and the improvement of the industry ecosystem. By December 2025, the number of generative AI users in China has reached 602 million, with more than one related service completing filing with the Cyberspace Administration of China on an average daily basis in 2025, bringing the cumulative number of filings to 748. The industry is developing with increasing standardization, laying a solid foundation for technological inclusivity.
